We had judging last Sunday, and the winners have been 
picked from the hundreds of entries – But! we are not announcing exactly who has won what until the presentation evening!
The entries were fabulous and the judges all enjoyed the whole event, we know that there are many young artists and their teachers out there waiting eagerly to find if they have won a trophy.
The Judges were Geoff Baxter, Les Porter, and Hai Shuet Yeung MBE, all well known in many years of painting and teaching art professionally.
The next part is the presentation evening, at the Town Hall on the 5th of May, and we are giving away trophies and prizes, we need to thank the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education for their generous sponsorship of the competition.
After the presentation evening is exhibition in the Discovery Centre Cleethorpes 11 – 17 may
So if you have been awarded a prize, you will shortly be invited to the presentation - where you will see who has won which prize for each key stage. If your school did not enter this year, start preparations now for next year!
